About Me
I am a lifelong dancer with roots in ballet, contemporary, and dance team. My journey with pole started in 2017 and it quickly became a love I’ve never known since. I became a dedicated instructor in 2019 and have grown and expanded across the Bay Area teaching at more and more studios each year.
Also in 2019, I completed my Neuromuscular Massage certification which has helped me bring a body and breath-focused training style to my
instruction.
